Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your colorful pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all FARM Rio tags remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
